you can tell that work is really taking over your life when...
:: spending a saturday morning cleaning up the preschool front lawn with your *whole family* seems like an impossible dream.
:: you see your baby tasting berries and think, oh, well. she can digest.
:: the kids then spend the afternoon watching movies so both parents can sit at their respective computers and type furiously. i'd better get back to that.

So we have never seen your house. Is that it? Do you have two stories? I had no idea! You will have to take pics and let us see the whole thing!
What an industrious group you are! I like the way the yard looks after the work is done.....and I like it even more when someone else has done it.
@megara: nope, not our house. but thanks for imagining that it would be possible! i will imagine that for the rest of the day. that's actually ally's preschool. our job is front yard maintenance and garbage. we're super important (or, rather, not so. or else we would have scored a better job than garbage).
Good job, Bimpirites all! Love the "she'll digest." You are just too good with words! Love you bunches and bunches. (That last part sounds like something someone would write in a high school yearbook, but I mean it with all my little junior-high-school heart.)
It DOES feel so good being out doing yard work, though. Fred said so. I was really busy eating.
So did you clean the preschool lawn in your bikini?!!
when i first read Nicea's comment i thought she wrote bimpirates. i liked it. i'm going to start calling you the bimpirates. arrr.
